Mainstream residential support offers a safe and caring environment where young people and staff can build relationships. Each young person is allocated a key worker after an initial assessment period so that the most appropriate package of support and the production of an individual care plan can meet his needs and lead to successful outcomes. It is normal for the staffing ratio to be 1:2/1:3 staff to young people. Mainstream support is available in Morar and Mallaig Units.
